Refund and cancellation policy
Pilots, builds and monthly services. Business clients only.
This policy summarises the refund and cancellation terms for services from AutonomicsAI LLP, trading as
"Autonomics AI". The full terms are in our Terms of Service for Business Clients (clauses 6, 8 and 9), which apply
if anything here differs. We sell only to businesses.
Pilots
- Pilots are paid 100% up front.
- Pilot Guarantee: if your pilot is not live within 7 days of our receiving all the content and access listed in your Statement of Work, we refund the pilot fee in full.
- The 7 days pause while we wait for content, access, approvals or feedback from you, or for a third-party platform review (such as a domain, Business Profile or messaging-number check), or while a scope change is agreed.
- To claim, email billing@autonomicsai.in within 30 days after the 7-day period ends. We refund to the original payment method within 14 days.
- If you do not provide the content and access within 30 days of paying, we may close the pilot. The fee is then not refunded, but we credit it in full against any service you order within 6 months.
- The guarantee is about delivery time only. It is not a guarantee of leads, rankings, revenue or other results.
Builds and other one-off work
Usually billed 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery, as the Statement of Work states. Not refundable once work has started, except as set out below.
Monthly services (retainers)
- Billed monthly in advance.
- Some services have a minimum term (for example 3 months), stated in your Statement of Work. If you end the service during a minimum term, the fees for the rest of that term are payable.
- After any minimum term, either side may cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. The notice period is billed and service continues until it ends. A final part-month is pro-rated.
- Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, except as set out below.
When else we refund
- If you end a Statement of Work because we committed a material breach and did not fix it within 14 days of your notice, we refund fees paid in advance for services not yet provided.
- If our work does not meet our service warranty and you tell us within 30 days of acceptance, we will fix or redo it, or refund the fees for the affected part.
- If the law that applies requires a refund that cannot be excluded by contract.
Apart from these cases, fees are non-refundable, including when you change your mind, no longer need the service, or are unhappy with business results.
